Monthly rent does not include utilities or service fees. Residents are responsible for an additional $10 trash fee and $10 pest control fee each month.

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 18 months, allowing residents to choose the option that best fits their lifestyle and needs. Please note that rental rates vary based on the lease term selected, and pricing is subject to change based on availability and market conditions.

You can move into your new home as soon as your desired apartment is ready for occupancy and all application requirements have been completed and approved. This includes the approval of all applications for occupants listed on the lease. Our team will work with you to coordinate the earliest available move-in date.

There is a $60 application fee, which covers the processing of your application, including credit, background, and rental history screening. Additionally, there is a $100 administrative fee, which helps cover the costs associated with preparing your lease, processing move-in paperwork, and setting up your resident account. These fees are due during the application and leasing process.
